The Opportunity

As a member of the Technical team, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly skilled, motivated and diverse team as you assist with ongoing development of our products

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the QA Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining test plans and test cases to ensure full coverage of the software product’s functionality
• Executing manual and automated tests to identify defects and verify that the software product meets requirements
• Debugging and analyzing defects to determine their root cause and impact on the software product
• Collaborating with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects
• Participating in the software development process to ensure that quality is considered at every stage
• Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing
• Communicating test results and progress to team members and stakeholders

Tasks:

• Designing and developing test cases based on requirements and user stories
• Executing manual and automated tests to identify defects and verify that the software product meets requirements
• Debugging and analyzing defects to determine their root cause and impact on the software product
• Collaborating with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects
• Participating in the software development process to ensure that quality is considered at every stage
• Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing
• Communicating test results and progress to team members and stakeholders
• Maintaining and updating test documentation, such as test plans and test cases
• Participating in code reviews to identify potential issues and suggest improvements
• Conducting performance and load testing to ensure the software product can handle expected levels of usage

What you bring to the team

• University or post-graduate degree in Computer Science
• 5+ years of QA Analyst experience)
• A background in Cloud solutions and PaaS products
